3.What kind of photos should I submit with my application?

We need 3-6 clear, high-quality photos that show your face adn your full body (in something fitted or swimwear/dance outfit is best). No filters, no blurry photos, please - we want to see you, not a Snapchat version.

4. What happens after I'm hired?

Once hired, you'll receive a dancer welcome packet with all the info you need: booking expectations, payment details, safety protocols, and more. You'll be added to the roster adn notified when party opportunities come up.

5.Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes. All dancers are required to sign a basic agreement outlining expectations, payment structures, confidentiality and professional conduct. This protects both you and the company.

6. Do you offer any training or tips for new dancers?

Yes - we provide tips, performance guides, safety tips and best practices to help you feel confident and successful at parties. If you're a new dancer and feel like you'd benefit from hands-on training, we can pair you with one of our experienced dancers who trains new girls. You'll do a party together so you can learn the ropes in a real setting. You can request training - or to work alongside a veteran dancer - any time you need to. We want you to feel supported every step of the way.

7. Can I work with other entertainment companies while dancing with Stripper Confidential?

Yes, you're an independent contractor and you're free to work with other agencies and companies. We do not require exclusivity.

8. How do I get booked for parties?

Once an inquiry has come in and you've been selected as one of the entertainers the client is interested in, we'll reach out to all chosen dancers to check availability. From there, we confirm who's available, lock in the final lineup. Party details will be sent out the day before the date of the party. You'll always have the chance to accept or decline before being officially booked.

9. How much do dancers make per party?

Earnings vary based on city, party type and how many dancers are booked. On average, dancers make between $250-$800+ per party. Disclaimer: All pay amounts are estimates and not guaranteed. Final payouts depend on party details, client budget and your individual performance and participation.

10. Is there a tip-out or booking fee I have to pay?

No. Private parties do not have a traditional "club-style" tip-out, but we do have a booking fee from the client's side. You'll always know your exact payout before you agree to a party.

11.Do I need to tip anyone out after the party?

No. There is no post-party tip-out unless otherwise stated in advance.

12. How far in advance do I get notified about a party?

It depends. Some bookings are locked in weeks ahead, whole others come in last-minute. We'll always give you as much notice as possible, but we love girls who can be flexible and jump in on short notice when needed!

13. Can I choose which parties I accept or decline?

Yes. You have full control over your schedule. We'll offer you bookings based on your availability, but you're never obligated to say yes to a party you're not comfortable with.

14. Are there opportunities to travel for bookings?

Yes! Some parties may require driving up to 3-hours away, and in those cases, dancers will receive a travel fee on top of their regular booking payout. Traveling to other cities for bookings is also possible. When applying, dancers can list all the cities they're available to work in. If you're chosen for a booking in one of those cities, we'll reach out to check your availability. You can also let us know any time you're traveling to a new city, and we'll actively promote you for bookings in that area while you're there.

15. Is there a minimum number of hours for a booking?

Yes, most bookings have a 1-hour minimum, depending on the package. Strip-o-grams are shorter, while specialty events like pool parties, party buses, and yacht bookings may require 2 to 4-hour minimums.

16. Do I need to bring my own outfits, shoes or props?

Yes. You're responsible for your wardrobe and appearance. For most parties, this means sexy lingerie, dancer outfits, costumes, high heels and hygienic supplies. We'll let you know the theme or dress code in advance.

17. What should I bring in my dancer bag to every party?

We recommend packing multiple outfit options, heels, lotions, body spray/perfume, makeup for touch-ups, baby wipes, singles to exchange for bigger bills and anything else that makes you feel confident and performance ready. Props or costumes may be suggested based on party theme.

18. Do I need to wear makeup and hair done for every booking?

Yes - clients are expecting a polished, party-ready entertainer. You should arrive with your hair styled and makeup done. Presentation matters and affects your tips and bookings.

19. Is transportation provided, or do I need to get to parties myself?

You are responsible for you own transportation. We recommend arranging reliable transportation - especially if you're traveling to a new area or working late at night.

20. What happens if a party gets cancelled last minute?

If a party gets cancelled last minute, the client does not receive a refund on their deposit. As a dancer, you will receive a $25.00 cancellation fee to cover gas costs. We always aim to protect your time and earnings - even when plans change unexpectedly.

21. Will I still get paid if the client cancels?

If the client cancels within the cancellation window (48 hours prior to the booking) or under exceptional circumstances, there will be no payout. We'll always be transparent about your compensation in these situations.

22. What happens if I arrive at a party and it's not what was described?

If something feels off - whether it's the location, the people, or the vibe - trust your instincts! You can contact us immediately and leave if needed. We'll never fault you for prioritizing your safety.

23. What should I do if I'm running late to a party?

Let us know immediately. Communication is everything. We'll inform the client and adjust timing if needed. Chronic lateness may affect your standing on the roster, so try to plan ahead for traffic, glam time and prep.

24. What should I do if I have an emergency and need to cancel a party?

Let us know immediately. Emergencies happen, but communication is key. The sooner you notify us, the more time we have to find a replacement. Repeated cancellations without notice may affect your standing on the roster.

25. What if a client crosses the line or makes me uncomfortable?

Your safety is the #1 priority. We vet all clients, but if something feels off, you can end the show and contact our team immediately. You're never obligated to stay in a situation that makes you feel unsafe or disrespected.

26. What happens if a client tries to film/record me without my consent?

You can shut it down immediately. Let the client know it's not allowed. If they don't stop, end teh performance and contact us. Your privacy and protection come first.

27. What if I have an issue with another dancer at a party?

If something comes up, handle it professionally and don't let it affect the party. Then report it to us after. We take concerns seriously and aim to keep the team drama-free and supportive.

28. Are there any rules about drinking at a party?

Yes - stay professional. Drinking is ok if you're in control but being drunk or sloppy is never acceptable. Safety comes first, and we expect you to keep it classy.

29. Can I bring a friend or my boyfriend to a party with me?

As an independent contractor, you're free to set up your show in the way that feels safest and most comfortable for you. If you're booked for a solo party, you may bring a friend or security for assistance or safety reasons - no permission needed. If you're booked for a 2+ girl party, it's totally fine to bring someone as long as all other entertainers are comfortable with it. We want everyone to feel supported and secure. That said, we strongly discourage bringing a boyfriend/husband. Romantic partners can create unnecessary tension, client discomfort, or conflicts with other dancers, and they present a liability in party environments. If you need support, we recommend bringing someone neutral and professional.

30. Are there incentives or bonuses for dancers?

Yes! We offer bonuses for great reviews, referrals and party content (with client permission). We also highlight our top performers on our site and consider them for premium bookings and travel opportunities.

31. Can I refer other dancers to join the team?

Absolutely! We offer referral bonuses of $100.00 per referred dancer, once your referral completes their first booked party.

32. Will my photos or videos be shared publicly?

Only if you give permission. We may ask to use your photos for marketing or to promote you on our city pages but nothing will be posted without your consent.

33. How do I update my photos or profile after I'm hired?

You can email us updated photos or request to change your profile info at any time. We recommend keeping your photos up to date - fresh photos help you get booked more often!

34. Can I be removed from the roster if I no-show or cancel too often?

Yes. Reliability is key in this business. No-shows or frequent last-minute cancellations (without a valid reason) can leak to removal from the roster. We expect professionalism and commitment from everyone representing Stripper Confidential.

35. Do I get to see reviews or feedback from the parties I've done?

Yes! When we receive feedback from clients about your performance, we'll share it with you. Great reviews can help you get prioritized for future bookings.
