Terms and Conditions of Service – Stripper’s Confidential
Effective as of 01/04/2023, these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Stripper’s Confidential (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and apply to all clients, users, and entertainers who engage with our booking platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not book or participate in any services offered by Stripper’s Confidential. 1. Nature of Services: Stripper’s Confidential operates solely as a third-party adult entertainment booking agency, facilitating connections between independent entertainers (“Entertainers”) and private clients (“Clients”) for the purposes of lawful adult entertainment at private events. The Company does not employ entertainers, direct performances, or guarantee any specific performance content. All services are offered strictly for entertainment purposes within the bounds of applicable law. 2. Eligibility: All clients and entertainers must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age to book or participate in any events or services. By engaging with our platform, you affirm that you are legally of age. 3. Bookings and Deposits: Bookings may be initiated via telephone, website contact form, or our online booking form. A deposit is required to secure all bookings, and the amount is calculated based on factors such as party location, number of entertainers requested, party package selection, and date/time of event. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received and acknowledged. Accepted payment methods include CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, and credit or debit card. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Clients may cancel at any time; however, refund eligibility is strictly governed by the timing of the cancellation. A full refund of the deposit is available if cancellation occurs more than thirty-six (36) hours prior to the scheduled event. A fifty percent (50%) refund is available if the cancellation is made between thirty-six (36) and forty-eight (48) hours before the event. Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance are not eligible for any refund. Parties booked with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice are entirely non-refundable. Cancellations must be communicated via phone or through the official website contact form. 5. Entertainer Selection: Clients are permitted to choose preferred entertainers from our website gallery. For single-performer bookings, clients must select one (1) to three (3) preferred entertainers; for bookings involving two (2) performers, three (3) to four (4) choices are required. The Company will make reasonable efforts to book available entertainers from the client’s list. If none are available, the Company will provide alternative options and the client may either accept the substitution or cancel and receive a full deposit refund. 6. Travel Fees: Events located more than sixty (60) minutes outside the central zone of the nearest major city are subject to a travel surcharge. This fee is calculated at twenty-five dollars ($25) per each thirty (30) minute increment beyond the initial hour. For example, a party one hour and thirty minutes from central Houston would incur a $25 travel fee. 7. Entertainer Status and Conduct: All entertainers booked through the Company are independent contractors and must sign an agreement affirming their status and acknowledgment of basic Company guidelines. Entertainers retain full control over their performance content and pricing beyond the base booking structure. The Company does not impose a dress code or control how entertainers conduct themselves during performances. However, entertainers and clients must not engage in any conduct that violates the law, endangers others, defames the Company, or brings disrepute to the brand. The following are strictly prohibited at any event: intoxication by performers, violence, threats, harassment, stalking, theft, and trespassing. 8. Liability Waiver: Stripper’s Confidential is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, or financial loss incurred before, during, or after a party. Clients assume full liability for the safety, behavior, and actions of all attendees at the event. The Company shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, or conduct of entertainers, guests, or third parties. 9. Promotions: From time to time, the Company may offer promotional discounts or special packages related to holidays or seasonal campaigns. All such promotions will be published on the official website and are subject to terms specific to the promotion. Promotions may not be combined unless otherwise noted. 10. Changes to Terms: These Terms may be updated or modified at any time at the Company’s sole discretion. We are under no obligation to notify users of changes, and it is your responsibility to review the current Terms prior to each booking. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications. 11. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Texas, and by using our services, you consent to the same.
